All fire extinguishers in business premises should be serviced at least annually by a qualified, trained and experienced person. Extinguishers should also be visually inspected monthly by the user to ensure that they are in good condition, not discharged and the pressure gauges are reading correctly.
All our staff are DBS checked and trained to BAFE standards. All our work is carried out to BS 5306 Part 3: 2017.
Service procedures are clearly defined in BS 5306 Part 3: 2017 – Code of Practice for the Commissioning and Maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguishers.
We are able to offer an inclusive service fee based upon your location, quantity and type of extinguishers in your premises. This means that all service parts and all periodic discharge / pressure testing is included in the initial quoted fee. The recharging of used or maliciously discharged extinguishers and the replacement of condemned / obsolete models will incur additional costs.
